Nassr Saleh Office for Chartered Accounting and Auditing (NSOCAA) was established under a license to practice and license an accountant and legal auditor (File No. 1128) issued by the Libyan Accountants and Auditors Syndicate. The office has excellent experience in the field of accounting and auditing derived from the qualification and experience of its owner as a university faculty member with the degree of Professor, and he has held many academic and professional administrative positions, and chaired many boards of directors of institutions, banks, local companies, and an expert in the field of banking. He is also a member of the Council of Experts of the World Zakat Organization (Britain), (UK) World Association for Sustainable Development, (UK) Middle Eastern Knowledge Economy Institute, The Society of Interdisciplinary Business Research (Hong Kong), The Euro Med Research Sciences Institute (Italy), The Financial Accountants Institute (UK), The public Accountants Institute (Australia). The office has a working team that includes a group of highly qualified and qualified professionals. The office is registered in the Insurance Supervisory Authority registry (under No. 63), and is also registered in the Libyan Accounting Bureau’s registry (under No. 16). The office has audited several companies, and provided advisory services. Diversified to many entities, and has a partnership in the field of financial training with the Arab Investors Group to invest in human resources development, Al-Qurtas Company for Human Resources Development, Al-Qurtas Legal Services Company, LEXICON School of Business and Finance in Pakistan. In the field of information technology and software with Al Rai for Consulting and Informatics, Al Mawred Company for Automated Systems, the Tripoli Center for Information Technology, and the Advanced Technology Center for Computer Services. The office is integrated in its work with Al-Qurtas Company for Accounting and Financial Services (QCAFS), and Al-Qurtas Company for Valuation and Rating (QCVR) owned and managed by the same owner, in a manner that does not lead to a conflict of interest, and to combine auditing and advisory services for the same client at one time; To preserve the independence of the office in its work. QCAFS was established under license No. 4461595 issued by the Ministry of Economy, and registered in the Commercial Register No. 61595, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry No. 94-21 and tax file No. 3574. It started its work starting from 2020. QCVR was established under license No. 01031981926 issued by the Ministry of Economy, and registered in the Commercial Register No. 81926, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry No. 1117-21 and tax file No. 8331. It started its work starting from 2023, and the office also has a partnership in the field of accounting and auditing with the business and finance consulting company (MGI BFC), and Nader Al-Wahishi’s office for accounting and auditing in the Republic of Tunisia. Finally, the Office is the member of Nexia International, which ranks eighth international accounting firms (Top 10).
